About Sandpiper Lakes

Sandpiper Lakes  is a community located in Westfield, just north of Carmel, on State Rd 32 between Cary Rd and Gray Rd. Sandpiper Lakes is near major shopping centers and still maintains a quiet community feel. A great place to raise a family or enjoy a comfortable single life style. A Crossman Community of 283 homes, construction began around 1996, and the neighborhood is now complete. The homeowners took over control of the neighborhood association when 2/3 of the homes were sold. This was in 2002 and there have been many changes over the years. The children in the neighborhood attend Westfield Washington Public Schools, beginning at Washington Woods Elementary.

The Sandpiper Lakes Homeowners Association is managed by Centerpoint Community Association Management. Centerpoint provides and coordinates a full spectrum of professional services for your community. They serve as the liaison for the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and all other community partners. From contract negotiation, budgeting and financial statement preparation to compliance enforcement, site visits and assessment billing, Centerpoint works to make your community a better place to live.

The all-volunteer Homeowners Association works diligently to organize community events as well as help maintain the beauty and value of the neighborhood and the homes within it. The common areas are professionally maintained throughout the year. Our Architectural Review process ensures that each of the homes maintains a look and quality consistent with our covenants.

The Sandpiper Lakes Homeowners Association provides landscaping, common area maintenance and much more.
